Faulty drive belt.
Faulty fan hub.
Faulty water pump.

TEST OPTIONS
Drive belt inspection.
REASON FOR QUESTION
A loose or worn drive belt will
cause water pump impeller to
rotate at a slower speed
reducing coolant flow.
