Condition Description
Coolant system drained.
Alternator bracket
removed.
a. Removal.
(1)
Loosen clamp (1) and remove hose (2).
(2)
Remove three screws (3 and 4) housing (5) and lifting bracket (6) from cylinder head (7).
(3)
Remove and discard gasket (8) from cylinder head (7).
(4)
Remove thermostat (9) from housing (5).
