installation to prevent possible injury to
personnel.
(2) While mechanic operates lifting device,
assistant guides tailboard (4) from rotor
hood (5).
b. Installation.
(1) While mechanic operates lifting device,
assistant positions tailboard (4) on rotor
hood (5).
(2) Install tailboard (4) on rotor hood (5) with
pins (2) and cotter pins (1) in mounting
bracket (3).
NOTE
Follow-on maintenance: Install gate cylinder (para 4-146).
