2-25. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.
a. Emergency Steering. The Mixer, Rotary Tiller is equipped with an emergency steering system. The
emergency steering system is used to provide steering control in the event of engine failure when steering capabilities
are required. Emergency steering is activated by a switch (1) on the firewall (Table 2-1).
b. Fire Extinguisher Location. The recommended location of the fire extinguisher (2) (Appendix D) is on the
right side of thevehicle firewall just rearward of the right engine access door.
