(10) Install preformed packing (18) on spool and
sleeve assembly (17) and carefully install
spool and sleeve assembly into control unit
housing (4) with a slight rotating
movement, until end of assembly is flush
with end of housing. Make sure spool
rotates freely with slight finger-tip pressure
at splined end.
(11) Install preformed packing (18), bearing
race (16), thrust needle bearing (15), and
bearing race (14).
(12) Install seal gland bushing (13) and retaining
ring (12).
