Disassembly.
NOTE
This procedure is the same for both
wheel ends.
(1) Remove three roll pins (1) from three
planetary gear shafts (2).
(2) Remove three planetary gear shafts (2) from
drive flange (3).
NOTE
Planetary gears are supported on planetary
shafts by two rows of needle bearings that
are separated by a ring spacer in center
with a thrust washer on each end.
(3) Remove three planetary gears (4) and six
thrust washers (5).
(4) Remove two rows (25 each) of needle bearings (6), and ring spacer (7) from each planetary gear (4).
