Cables can only be correctly installed one
way.
(2) Position cable (14 and 15) and spacer (13) in
housing (4) on screw (6).
(3) Position lever (12) in between cable
holders (16).
(4) Install pin (11), washer (10), and cotter
pin (9) through hole in housing (4) and
lever (12).
