ENGINE CHECK
(1) Set parking brake (pare 2-13).
(2) Start engine (para 2-9).
(a) Listen for unusual engine
noise that might cause a
malfunction with hydraulic
system.
(b) If engine operates properly,
indicates faulty gate cylinder.
