NOTE
If the equipment must be kept in
continuous operation, do only the
procedures that can be done without
disturbing operation. Make complete
checks and services when the
equipment is shut down.
Ensure that all daily/weekly lubrication
requirements are performed on the
Lubrication Instructions.
Perform WEEKLY, as well as BEFORE,
PMCS if
a. You are the assigned operator but have
not operated the equipment since the
last WEEKLY.
b. You are operating the equipment for
the first time.
Levers, pins, linkage, etc., not equipped
with lubrication fittings, should operate
freely and be clear of rust. When
checking oil/fuel levels, ensure vehicle
is on level surface for accurate reading.
EXTERIOR
Read and understand all of the safety
precautions and warnings before
performing any checks and services or
personal injury can result.
