Front wheels removed.
Steering cylinder hoses
Materials/Parts
disconnected.
Shims (AR)
Ground speed sensor
Locknut
removed.
Removal.
a.
Front axle weighs 414 lbs (188 kg). Attach
suitable lifting device prior to removal or
installation to prevent possible injury to
personnel.
(1) Attach suitable lifting device to front
axle (1).
(2) Remove locknut (2) and screw (3) from
center axle support (4). Discard locknut.
